Emergency Lighting

Emergency lighting is a critical part of a Buildings installation and under legislation has to be tested and inspected at regular intervals, we can carry this out on your behalf with inspection visits calenderised, with an annual visit whereby the light fittings are discharged normally for a period of 3 hours in line with BS5266. Reports are issued in line with the standard with a log book provided complete with visit reports for retention normally at the reception of the premises, in order to satisfy legislation and Health & Safety.

Visits would normally be bi-annual, however the British Standard requires monthly inspections to be carried out by a responsible person, we can on request carry this out on your behalf as we currently do for several Clients.
