Terms and Conditions

Our usual terms of business with regard to both planned and reactive maintenance works are 30 days from end of month, we can in some instances extend this depending on the value of works and in some cases offer discount for early settlement of accounts which can assist clients with their budgetary costing's and of course our cash flow.
As we have agreements with several major suppliers of mechanical and electrical equipment it is critical that we pay our suppliers on time, which in turn allows us to offer a professional service to our clients.
At the inception of a maintenance contract we agree with the Client payment terms which is of particular importance on larger value contracts, under normal circumstances our terms are monthly in arrears but this can be agreed at the onset of the contract whereby this is extended to quarterly, again this allows our Clients to set their budget in advance and means our cash flow is maintained.
With regard to contract documents we can utilise our own or as is the case in many instances the Clients, this will set out the terms and conditions of the contract in specific detail, in our experience the document whilst very important should not be required as our ethos is that relationships are built on trust and mutual understanding.
