All aspects of domestic & commercial mechanical and electrical works, including but not limited to.- Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning planned preventive maintenance, in line with the B&ES Standard Maintenance Specification SFG20, including life cycle costing’s.
- Water Hygiene/Treatment and testing in line with the control of legionella regulations L8.
- A tailored responsive call out facility to cater for all mechanical and electrical situations, (we can also offer this facility to match any specific requirements you may have).
- Catering equipment maintenance and repair.
- Project management from inception to completion including management of other specialist trades. All works are carried out by qualified staff who have served a recognised apprenticeship in the relevant discipline.
- Building Fabric Maintenance & Repair.
