Air Conditioning

Ventilation is a critical part of any building in order to both maintain the correct environmental conditions for the building occupants and to ensure that the internal building fabric is kept in sound condition, in many cases a building will have a complex central air handling plant which must be maintained at regular intervals, normally quarterly to allow filters to be either cleaned or in normal circumstances changed to maintain both airflow and air quality.

An air handling system is often overlooked as it is for the most part unseen however if it is not looked after then problems can be caused, we can implement a regular programme of maintenance to provide a healthy environment for your building and its occupants with close temperature control.

There are of course other types of ventilation particular in newer buildings which also require regular maintenance such as fan coil units etc. whatever your system we can maintain in line with manufacturers instructions or recognised industry practise.
